Invest in PEI
About this site
Invest in PEI is the investor guide: cottages, waterfront, vacant land, commercial buildings, and the costs of holding them. It is not the listing portal. Current inventory, area pages, and the contact form are on jodibernard.com.
Jodi Bernard
Born and raised on Prince Edward Island, Jodi Bernard is a REALTOR® with CENTURY 21 Northumberland Realty in Summerside. She helps buyers and sellers across the Island with honest advice and a practical approach — including people weighing a cottage, waterfront, land, or an income property.
Before real estate she spent 16 years as a dental hygienist. She brings that same habit here: listen first, then walk through what is unfamiliar without hype.
In 2025 she was recognized among CENTURY 21 Canada’s Top 100 producers. Clients rate her 5 stars on Google.
